March - Some of the best flavours that springfrom our Chinese Kitchen this month come with Savoury Seafood , so you can set your sights on some Tiger Prawns with Kale, Hong Kong-style; Sea Crab Claws with Kale in Oyster Sauce, and Steamed River Prawns with Garlic.

April - Celebrate the joy of summer by treating the family to a Chinese banquet that includes some of the more indulgent dishes that you'll find on any Chinese menu. Order a Suckling Pig, Hong Kong Style or Roasted Peking Duck, or both.... then share the bounty and enjoy the feast.

March - There's more great new seafood menus from our Thai kitchen in the form of "Fresh Shellfish" which are gracing a special menu in the form of Thai Omelette with Oysters, Crispy Fried Oysters, Spicy Fried Clams with Shrimpsand Fried Clams with Chili in Oil.

April - We won't let this month go by without enticing you into trying our authentic recreation of "Khao Chae". Traditional soaked rice served with an array of side dishes such as Stuffed Bell Pepper, Sweetened Shredded Pork, Salted Egg, Deep-fried Shrimp Paste Dumplings, and more!

March - We invite gourmets to relish one of Italy's culinary gems, the rice dish called Risotto. Among the many versions that our talented chefs have prepared this month are Zucchini and Basil Risotto, Risotto Primavera, Risotto ala Milanese and Beetroot & Red Wine Risotto.

April - Cooked the Italian way, seafood can be more than just delightful, especially when succulent "Rock Lobster" is concerned. Taste the difference as you try it in one of our mouthwatering combinations : with an Avocado Salad or Beurre Blanc; in a Risotto or Spinach Rouladel!

March - Known for its ever-changing parade of international delights, the Greenery turns this month's spotlight to a special Italian Corner laden with Antipasti, Minestrone Soup, Risotto, Baked Rigatoni and Pizza Margherita...... specialities that the Italian food lover will find hard to resist!

April - Bringing a more traditional flourish to our daily buffet spread is the Khao Chae Station which offers the ancient Thai recipe that had become a popular summertime delicacy: traditional soaked rice served with an array of rich and flavourful side dishes and condiments.

March - As Summer begins, we are showcasing the versatility of Thailand's all-time favorite seasonal fruit through our signature desserts for this month. Stop for coffee or tea with a generous slice of "Mango Cake", or end year meal in sizzling style with a serving of "Mango Flambe"

April - If you are one of those who enjoy fruit with dessert, prepare to treat your sweet tooth to our special "Rambutan Cheese Cake". Should you prefer something a bit lighter, you will discover that "Crepe Flamb' & Rambutan" will more than satisfy!

April - If it's been "one of those days" you can depend on our unique cocktail of the month to shake you out of the cares of the day! Leave your work behind, sip a "Pedro Collins" then have a second drink to feel totally recharged and eager to face the next working day!
