DEPOSITS
 A deposit equivalent to one nights contract rate for each room reserved 15 days before arrival date, refundable only when written cancellation received not less than 7 days before arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW
 Notify the client must the hotel by e-mail, fax or by written notice of any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms as early as possible, but in any case not later than specified hereunder:

Should the client cancel or reduce the confirmed reservations by more than the allowed number of rooms after the minimum notice date has passed, or should the client or group fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the contract rate for one night for each room canceled in excess of the allowed number, or for each room not taken up.
